Coaching Conscious Conversations (ICF CCE Program)
The Coaching Conscious Conversations program is an introductory coaching program for Agile PeopleOps Framework (APF) certified members and other professionals. Attendees learn the fundamental coaching skills to regularly have effective and meaningful coaching conversations with their teams, organizational members, or clients.
The International Coach Federation (ICF), a globally renowned coaching organization, has approved this program, and attendees will receive ICF’s 5 CCE (continuous education units) certificate.

Learning Lab
What is a Learning Lab (L-Lab)?
An L-Lab is an experiential learning event – an amalgam of understanding concepts, applying new knowledge and learning to real-time situations or challenges, sharing insights with cohorts, and elevating collective intelligence and professional identity.
The Lab brings unique curated learning experiences for participants.
What is the outcome of attending the L-Lab?
As a participant, you will gain insights and expand your horizons by learning new concepts, processes, practices, and tools. Post-session, you can continue to create better strategies and techniques and add value to the workplace and your professional community. You will be better prepared to strengthen your capabilities and embrace new ways of working.

APF Business Coaching 2023 Series
A unique opportunity to co-develop APF Business practice, create Goals and collaborate with other Certified PeopleOps Coaches (CPC). As part of Agile PeopleOps Framework’s Coaching Lab initiative, APF Business Coaching (ABC) Series 2022 provides an additional value to CPC partners to help continue the PeopleOps transformation of Organizations & Employees more effectively. In this three-part virtual session, the Business coach helps CPCs on the journey of – The Big Dream, Realizing the Dream, and Overcoming Barriers & Limiting Beliefs.
