Step 1

PeopleOps/Talent Scrum Master greets everyone and announces to begin the Huddle

Step 2

PeopleOps/Talent Scrum Master asks Team members if they would like to share anything before the huddle begins

Step 3

PeopleOps/Talent Scrum Master begins the huddle by asking a volunteer to kick-off or calling one of Team member name.
